These terms cover the Heightmaxxing AI website and app. They are short because the service is simple: you enter measurements, it estimates growth.
Not medical advice
Everything the service produces is an informational estimate for education and curiosity. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is no substitute for a pediatrician. If you have any concern about a child's growth, talk to a clinician — not an app.
Estimates, not promises
Predictions are statistical. Healthy children vary enormously, models carry error, and no number here is a guarantee of anything. The service is provided as-is, without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an estimate.
Your account
Accounts are for adults — parents and guardians entering information about their own children. You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your sign-in to yourself. You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time.
Fair use
Do not abuse the service: no scraping, no probing for other people's data, no using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that does.
Changes
The service and these terms may change; the date above tracks the terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
